Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

System Integration:

• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Develop RESTful web services and ensure smooth communication between systems.

Testing & Debugging:

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Implement enhancements to improve application efficiency.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and code changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and SQL.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
