Job Description

Role Overview: At NTT Global Networks, you will join the Global Operations Center as a Global Change Coordinator. Your primary responsibility will be supporting Enterprise business accounts by managing change management coordination, customer communications, project management, incident management escalations, and various processes and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and communication skills - Utilize technical telecommunications background for effective support - Perform reporting and analysis tasks - Apply knowledge of ITIL processes - Manage multiple projects while aligning with resources, priorities, and timelines - Follow Customer and NTTGN-internal processes - Collaborate with Account Teams, Customers, Service Delivery, and Operations - Operate during US Shift hours and be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed - Utilize ITSM / Ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, Siebel - Demonstrate passion for customer satisfaction and go the extra mile for NTTGN's Customers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferably focused on communications engineering or 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications field - Knowledgeable of network, security, and voice technologies Additionally, NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers an inclusive workplace where you can grow, belong, and thrive.,
