Job Description

As a Global Change Coordinator at NTT Global Networks within the Global Operations Center, you will play a vital role in supporting enterprise business accounts. Your responsibilities will include change management coordination, customer communications, project management, incident management escalations, as well as overseeing Customer and NTTGN processes and business reports. You will be a part of an Engineering Team that values technical excellence and innovation, and your role will require excellent customer service skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, and a strong background in technical telecommunications. Proficiency in reporting and analysis, along with a good understanding of ITIL processes, will be necessary for success in this role. Your track record of efficiently completing tasks with high quality outcomes, managing multiple projects in alignment with resources and timelines, and following both Customer and NTTGN-internal processes will be crucial. Collaboration with Account Teams, Customers, Service Delivery, and Operations is essential, along with prior experience in global teams providing 24x7 support and readiness to work during US Shift hours, extended hours, and weekends when necessary to support the global team. Your experience with ITSM/Ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Siebel will be beneficial, and a passion for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for NTTGNs customers is a key aspect of this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree focused on communications engineering or have more than 5 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Knowledge of network, security, and voice technologies is required for this role.
