Job Description

Role Overview: Boundless Life is a company redefining the way families live, work, and learn by promoting a nomadic lifestyle to enhance connections and personal growth. As a Global Camp Director at Boundless Life, you will play a key role in designing, scaling, and supporting the delivery of world-class Boundless Camp experiences across all locations. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Evolve Boundless Camp Worldwide: - Develop a global framework for Boundless Camps and Specialty Camps programs, integrating local culture, nature, and a global citizen orientation. - Build & Support Local Teams: - Recruit, train, and mentor local Camp Directors and seasonal staff globally to ensure shared culture, safety, and operational excellence. - Program Quality & Consistency: - Establish philosophy, standards, playbooks, and quality assurance measures for consistent delivery of exceptional camp experiences. - Operational & Budget Oversight: - Manage budgets, staffing plans, and overall camp operations across all locations. - Risk Management & Safety: - Create and implement safety and child protection policies in alignment with local regulations and company standards. - Cross-Team Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with Education, Hospitality, and Experience teams to align camp programming with the broader Boundless journey. - Data-Informed Growth: - Utilize feedback, enrollment data, and parent insights to refine programming and make informed decisions. - Culture & Values: - Model and reinforce Boundless values such as curiosity, connection, belonging, and growth across all sites and teams. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of leadership experience in camps or experiential learning. - Proven track record in building or scaling multi-site programs. - Deep understanding of youth development and experiential education. - Strong skills in hiring, training, and leading distributed teams. - Proficiency in managing budgets and operational systems. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Your manager: You will report directly to Brian Sense, the COO at Boundless Life.
