As the School Principal at Shree Shakti School of Innovation, nestled in the serene Aravalli Valley of Ambaji, your role will be crucial in leading and overseeing all academic, co-curricular, and residential activities. The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring a safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating environment for both students and staff. You will be expected to foster innovation in pedagogy, especially in nature-based learning and tech integration. Additionally, recruiting, mentoring, and developing teaching and non-teaching staff will be essential, along with building strong communication channels with parents, community stakeholders, and school management. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Masters Degree in Education or a related field, with a preference for candidates with a background in M.Ed., MA, M.Sc. along with B.Ed. You must have a minimum of 7-10 years of academic leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a residential school environment. Strong administrative, communication, and people management skills are crucial, along with a deep understanding of child psychology, holistic development, and experiential education. Preferred qualities for this role include a dynamic personality with spiritual grounding and futuristic vision. Experience with alternative education methods or familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum will be advantageous. Moreover, being comfortable working in a nature-surrounded, remote campus with a tight-knit learning community will be beneficial.
