Global Accounts Manager

As an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts of our organization, managing accounts, ledgers, subledgers, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your role will be crucial in financial analysis, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and accounting of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, controlling ledgers and subledgers, collaborating with senior management to report MIS and financial statements, preparing financial forecasts, and identifying/addressing potential issues in the accounting process. You will also coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, supervise and mentor the accounts team, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, conduct performance evaluations, collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance, and coordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CA or relevant certification considered a plus. You should have proven experience of 8-10 years in accounting or finance roles, including 3 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounting standards is essential, along with proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy are crucial.
