Job Description

Overview: Skilled GIS Support Specialist to join our team
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GIS technologies and tools, with a strong background in GIS analysis, data management, and problem-solving
The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can support GIS projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure the effective use of GIS systems
Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for GIS software and tools, including ArcGIS, QGIS, and related applications
Assist in the creation, editing, and management of GIS data layers and databases
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GIS data, software, and hardware
Perform data analysis and generate maps, reports, and visualizations as needed
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand GIS requirements and provide solutions
Maintain and update GIS documentation and workflows
Assist with the integration of GIS data with other systems and technologies
Conduct training sessions and provide support for GIS users
