Job Title: Gift Shop Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Gift Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gift shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage gift shop operations, including inventory management and cash handling
- Supervise and train gift shop staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Analyze sales data and optimize product placement
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment
