Ghee Plant Operations Manager

As a Production Manager in the ghee manufacturing industry, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end ghee production process, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Oversee end-to-end ghee production, from butter processing to packaging and storage, to achieve monthly and annual output targets. - Ensure smooth functioning of all machinery, utilities (boilers, RO, ETP), and infrastructure for seamless operations. - Maintain the highest standards of product quality, hygiene, and consistency by implementing and monitoring various quality standards. - Lead and supervise a team of approximately 80 plant personnel, training and motivating them for enhanced productivity. - Implement best practices for process optimization, energy conservation, and waste reduction to control production costs. - Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment to promote a culture of safety and adherence to guidelines. - Prepare and present regular MIS reports on production, quality, and efficiency to align production with business goals. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 5-7 years of proven experience in dairy, ghee, edible oil, or FMCG food processing industry. - Strong knowledge of dairy processing equipment and packaging lines. - Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Sound understanding of food safety, quality standards, and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in production planning, cost management, and ERP systems.,
