GET( Graduate Engineer Trainee Production and Design)

1. Production Support

• Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Monitor machine operations, material flow, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with Senior and technicians to resolve production bottlenecks.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support in production planning, scheduling, and execution as per targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for defects.

2. Design & Development

• Assist in creating and modifying 2D/3D CAD models using tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, etc.
• Participate in new product development (NPD) and prototyping processes.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for sheet metal components.
• Collaborate with the tooling team to design jigs, fixtures, and dies.
• Involve in cost estimation and material selection for design projects.
• Apply knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and GD&T principles.

3. Quality & Process Improvement

• Learn and apply basic quality control tools (7 QC tools, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in documentation for PPAP, APQP, and ISO/TS standards.

4. Training & Learning

• Complete all assigned training modules during the training period.
• Shadow senior engineers and participate in cross-functional team meetings.
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, and presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
