Eligibility & Experience

Minimum
5+ years
of proven experience in
end-to-end recruitment for Germany
.
In-depth knowledge of the
complete recruitment life cycle
, including:

Candidate sourcing & screening
Client coordination
Interview scheduling
Offer management & onboarding

Strong, hands-on experience in
Germany work permit processing
, covering:

Documentation & compliance
Embassy procedures
Visa stamping & deployment

Mandatory:
Prior interaction with the
German Embassy / Consulates
.
Proven expertise in
client management
with German employers.
Familiarity with
German labor laws, immigration procedures,
and
compliance standards
will be a strong advantage.
