Job Title: German Trainer   Department: Academics / Language Training Reports To: Academic Coordinator / Training Head Location: As per Organizational Requirement Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The German Trainer is responsible for delivering structured and engaging German language instruction to students of various levels. The trainer should possess strong communication skills in German and a passion for teaching, along with the ability to manage diverse learners. This role involves curriculum planning, conducting assessments, preparing learners for certification exams, and creating an inspiring learning environment. The trainer should also actively contribute to content development, student engagement, and professional development while ensuring alignment with the organization’s core values of ethics, professionalism, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement German language teaching strategies suited to different learner levels. Conduct lessons in German, English, or Hindi, depending on the learner's comfort. Create lesson plans, study materials, and interactive classroom aids. Conduct accurate pronunciation training and grammar instructions. Arrange doubt-clearing sessions and provide extra support to struggling students. Prepare and assess assignments, tests, homework, and examinations. Organize fun and interactive learning activities to promote language retention. Maintain daily attendance records and performance reports of students. Communicate regularly with students and parents, offering updates and collecting feedback. Attend care meetings and provide guidance for academic improvement. Participate actively in workshops, webinars, and reality tests. Conduct promotional activities including video content and social media engagement for German classes. Coordinate with the content development team to prepare and update teaching materials. Stay current with teaching methodologies, language trends, and academic developments. Prepare students for German proficiency exams such as Goethe-Zertifikat (A1–C2) if applicable. Submit detailed daily reports outlining classroom activities and student progress. Ensure professional behavior and uphold the highest standards of ethics and discipline. Refrain from disclosing personal contact information or social media profiles to students. Work proactively to support organizational updates and events (e.g., Seminars, Reality Tests, Expos) by sharing on personal social platforms. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in German Language, Literature, or a related field. Certification such as Goethe-Zertifikat B2/C1/C2 preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
