Job Description

As a skilled professional with strong expertise in the German language (B2+) and Automotive domain, you will play a key role in bridging technical and linguistic gaps between teams and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead client communications fluently in German, including conducting and summarizing meetings in both German and English. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Automotive domain, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Apply knowledge in Verification & Validation (V&V), unit testing, and HIL testing. - Work with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and SVN; experience with Kanban boards is a plus. - Contribute to test planning, test case creation, release planning, and sprint planning. - Perform code reviews, refactoring, and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Document technical artifacts and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive domain. - Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher). - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including V&V and HIL. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, and SVN. - Basic knowledge of Agile practices including sprint and release planning. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage client interactions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. If you meet the preferred qualifications, it would be a plus. These include: - Experience with Kanban boards and Agile project management. - Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks. - Relevant certifications in language proficiency, Agile, or Automotive testing.,
