As a skilled professional with expertise in the German language (B2+) and Automotive domain, you will play a crucial role in our team by bridging technical and linguistic gaps between teams and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading client communications fluently in German, conducting and summarizing meetings in both German and English. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Automotive domain to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Applying knowledge in Verification & Validation (V&V), unit testing, and HIL testing. - Working with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and SVN; experience with Kanban boards is a plus. - Contributing to test planning, test case creation, release planning, and sprint planning. - Performing code reviews, refactoring, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Mentoring and managing team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Documenting technical artifacts and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive domain. - Proficiency in the German language (B2 level or higher). - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including V&V and HIL. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, and SVN. - Basic knowledge of Agile practices including sprint and release planning. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage client interactions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with Kanban boards and Agile project management. - Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks. - Relevant certifications in language proficiency, Agile, or Automotive testing.
