Genesys Engineer

to design, build, and optimize

Genesys Cloud and Engage Contact Center solutions

. The role requires driving large-scale contact center initiatives, ensuring seamless integrations, high system performance, and delivering superior customer experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable Genesys environments.
Develop advanced call routing, IVR flows, and customer engagement workflows.
Integrate Genesys with CRM, WFM, and enterprise applications.
Implement AI-driven solutions including chatbots, voicebots, and predictive routing.
Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalations, performance tuning, and optimization activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud / Engage.
Strong expertise in SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Genesys Certifications (GCP/GCE), exposure to AI/ML solutions, and Agile methodologies
