Role Overview: As an Associate Partner - AI Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic roadmap for AI Internal Technology initiatives within Tax, Audit, and Advisory services. You will lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster a culture of innovation. Your expertise in AI technologies and project management will be crucial in driving the successful implementation of AI solutions within internal systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for AI Internal Technology initiatives within Tax, Audit, and Advisory services. - Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster a culture of innovation. - Possess deep knowledge of AI agents, including their design, deployment, and optimization tailored to internal processes. - Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and tech stacks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, cloud AI services) to ensure internal initiatives leverage cutting-edge tools and frameworks. - Oversee the lifecycle of internal AI products from ideation and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring they meet organizational needs and enhance service delivery. - Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of internal AI projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Tax, Audit, and Advisory teams, IT departments, and executive leadership. - Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to enhance tax services, improving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. - Lead initiatives to integrate AI into audit processes, enhancing data analysis, risk assessment, and audit quality. - Spearhead AI projects that support advisory services, providing data-driven insights and innovative solutions for clients. - Take ownership of the final stages of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and integration of AI solutions within internal systems. - Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance AI Internal Technology offerings. - Ensure all AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, standards, and quality benchmarks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. - Overall 22+ years of experience with a minimum of 10 years in AI project management, AI product management, technology consulting, or a related area within a professional services environment. - Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and AI/ML technologies are advantageous. - Certifications in AI product management (e.g., Certified AI Product Manager) are a plus.,
