Job Description

Position: Generative AI Engineer

Experience: 810 Years

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Generative AI Engineer to design and deliver advanced AI solutions powered by Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance GenAI systems that combine intelligent retrieval, vector search, and generative capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-ready AI applications, optimize model performance, and drive AI initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

810 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong expertise in NLP and LLM-based systems
Advanced proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, similarity search, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus)
Proven experience deploying GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom LLM orchestration frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
Strong system architecture, API design, and production deployment skills
