Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and deploy chatbots and voice bots for enterprise use cases.
Collaborate with team members to design end-to-end conversational AI solutions.
Integrate bots with business systems and maintain high-quality dialog flows.
Stay updated with advancements in GEN AI and leverage them in ongoing projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in designing and delivering solutions using Playbooks, DialogFlow, and Voice/Chatbots is mandatory.
Prior hands-on delivery of Voice and/or Chat Bot projects.
Familiarity with MCCS area is a plus.
Experience with Python and Generative AI concepts/projects.
Proficiency with at least one of: Playbooks, DialogFlow, or equivalent conversational AI tools.
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, React, etc., will be a plus.
Ability to understand and incorporate other relevant skills required for a conversational AI project.
