Job Role : GEN AI Senior developer

Work Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST ( or) 2 to 8 PM IST

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Job Type : Fulltime

• Overall Experience 5 to 10 years
• 3+ years in enterprise software development with complex business requirements
• 2+ years in Python development with production-grade applications
• 1-2 years hands-on GenAI/LLM integration experience

Backend Development (Must Have)

• Python: Advanced proficiency (Flask/FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, async programming)
• API Development: RESTful services, authentication, rate limiting, error handling
• Database Systems: SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, query optimization
• Data Processing: XML/JSON manipulation, ETL pipelines, document parsing

AI/GenAI Technologies (Must Have)

• LLM Integration: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude APIs, prompt engineering
• RAG Systems: Vector embeddings, semantic search, context retrieval
• Knowledge Graphs: Graph databases, relationship modeling, query systems
• AI Orchestration: Multi-step AI workflows, agent frameworks

Development Environment (Must Have)

• Hands-on Coding: Comfortable with modern IDEs (VS Code, Cursor, PyCharm)
• Version Control: Git workflows, code review processes, collaborative development
• Debugging: Advanced debugging skills, performance profiling, troubleshooting

Enterprise Technologies (Preferred)

• Cloud Platforms: Azure/SAP BTP, serverless architectures, containers
• Message Processing: Queue systems, event-driven architectures
• Security: Enterprise authentication patterns, API security
• Monitoring: Application performance monitoring, logging systems
