You will be responsible for building and growing a business category at Mosaic Wellness, focusing on designing relatable propositions, creating superior customer journeys, optimizing launch pipelines, enhancing pre and post-purchase customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and improving customer retention. - **Consumer Insights**: - Maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, triggers, barriers, and trends. - Champion a consumer-first mindset in narrative building, platform development, communication, and customer engagement. - Utilize consumer insights to develop relatable propositions and enhance the overall customer experience. - **Consumer Journeys**: - Develop and manage funnels for pre and post-purchase customer journeys. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling narratives, creatives, and messaging to enhance funnels. - Continuously optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, consumer segmentation, and other analytical techniques. - Iterate on internal tools and software to improve the customer experience. - Monitor key metrics and refine funnels to achieve business objectives. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align strategies and execution plans. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities. - **Continuous Improvement**: - Stay informed about industry and category trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. - Identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness. - Demonstrate a relentless determination and a willingness to experiment, iterate, and adapt strategies based on results. **Qualifications & Expectations**: - 1-2 years of relevant experience. - Valuable experience in marketing, developing consumer propositions, particularly in 0-to-1 phases. - Exposure to category management in e-commerce and D2C. - Possess a consumer-first mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics, capable of translating core customer insights into relatable narratives and campaigns. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions using visualization and analytical tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering results with a sense of urgency. - Demonstrated hustle, ownership mentality, and determination to overcome challenges and achieve goals.,
