Generalist

You will be working as a Generalist Intern at The Pet Point, a renowned pet retailer in New Delhi, for this internship role. Your responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations, engaging with customers, and enhancing their experiences. This will involve supporting inventory management, participating in marketing activities, organizing pet events, and maintaining the store's aesthetics. Additionally, you will assist in grooming appointments, coordinate with veterinary staff, and help customers with their pet product needs. Key Responsibilities: - Support inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained. - Assist in marketing activities to promote pet products and services. - Organize and execute pet events to engage customers and promote the store. - Maintain the store aesthetics to provide a pleasant shopping environment. - Assist in grooming appointments and liaise with veterinary staff for pet care. - Help customers with their pet product needs and provide excellent customer service.
