Location: Remote / Kolkata (preferred) Duration: 2–3 months I’ll be upfront — this is not a “startup internship” in the traditional sense. Calcutta Founder’s Club is still at its early, fragile stage. No funding, no team structure, just me trying to build something honest for the founders and builders of this city. If you’ve ever wanted to see how something starts from zero, the messy middle, the scrappy days, this might be for you. What you’ll do It’s a generalist role — which means a bit of everything. You’ll work directly with me, across: Social media & storytelling – writing, designing, posting, and helping the voice of CFC take shape. Community & outreach – helping onboard new founders, managing invites, DMs, and member interactions. Operations & organization – maintaining Notion docs, planning small events, tracking what’s working. Research & learning – discovering what other communities are doing, what inspires founders, and what stories need to be told. What you’ll learn How to build something from scratch, brick by brick. How storytelling builds trust and momentum. How real founders think, work, and collaborate. How to stay calm and resourceful when nothing feels certain. Who you are You’re curious, hands-on, and like figuring things out. You love writing, social media, and creative problem-solving. You don’t need a rigid structure — you thrive in open, flexible setups. You’re genuinely interested in startups, founders, and Kolkata’s ecosystem. A note on remuneration We’re still early — no funds or sponsors yet — so we can’t offer pay right now. But you’ll gain real learning, exposure, mentorship, and ownership of your work. You’ll also get a certificate, Letter of Recommendation , and a possible long-term role as CFC grows.
