Job Title: General Surgeon-MD Location: India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Perform surgical procedures safely and effectively. Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement perioperative care plans. Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams. Monitor patients' post-operative progress and recovery. Utilize advanced surgical techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Provide guidance and support to medical staff and trainees. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures. Manage surgical emergencies as they arise. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies. Participate in surgical conferences and training sessions. Ensure compliance with local and national health regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement in surgical practices. Engage in research and clinical trials as required. Qualifications MD/DNB in General Surgery or equivalent degree. Valid medical licensing to practice surgery in India. Strong knowledge of surgical procedure protocols. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in surgery. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using electronic medical record systems. Demonstrated leadership abilities in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Capacity to handle surgical emergencies competently. Commitment to patient-centered care and safety. Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training. Fellowship training in a surgical specialty is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of the latest surgical techniques and innovations. Excellent decision-making skills under pressure.
