Role Responsibilities Perform laparoscopic surgeries to treat various conditions. Conduct detailed patient assessments pre- and post-surgery. Develop and implement tailored surgical plans for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Provide guidance and supervision to surgical residents and staff. Monitor and evaluate patient progress during recovery. Communicate effectively with patients regarding surgical procedures. Maintain thorough documentation of surgical procedures and patient outcomes. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in laparoscopic techniques. Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards. Participate in morbidity and mortality review meetings. Engage in continuous medical education to enhance skills. Conduct research related to surgical techniques and outcomes. Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. Promote patient education and postoperative care strategies. Qualifications M.S. in General Surgery or equivalent. Active and valid medical license in India. At least 5 years of experience in laparoscopic surgery. Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery preferred. Strong understanding of surgical procedures and anesthesia. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction. Proficient in patient assessment and surgical planning. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Commitment to patient safety and quality of care. Adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting. Experience with surgical instruments and technologies. Knowledge of best practices in surgical education. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Demonstrated leadership skills in a surgical environment.
