-Experience in Real Estate Sale of Residential and Commercial Projects.
-Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi Language.
-Vast experience in Planning Marketing Strategy for Residential and Commercial Project
-Having experience in building relation with Channel Partners which will enable to increase in the Sale
-Experience in strategies the sourcing customer for Residential and Commercial Project
-Should have vast experience in Sourcing Customer and closing the deal
-Understanding the Customers requirements & providing them all the necessary details of the project.
-Preparing project wise sales weekly /monthly reports to improve efficiency in completing the targets, key activities, success and market trends outlining ongoing goals.
-Training and handle the team
