General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall business operations and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, improve processes, and deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.)
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure target achievement
• Optimize operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost control
• Build and manage high-performing teams; ensure alignment and accountability
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and report on business performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives
• Handle crisis management and decision-making under pressure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 8+ years of managerial experience in business operations or leadership roles
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities
• Proven track record of improving business outcomes and driving growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
