Position: GM / VP – Projects | Utility-Scale Solar (IPP)

What You Will Do

• Lead

  end-to-end execution

  of utility-scale solar projects (land readiness to commissioning & handover)
• Own

  schedule, cost, quality, HSE, ESG, and regulatory compliance

• Manage

  EPC contractors, multi-vendor packages, and large site teams

• Ensure strict adherence to

  PPA, EPC, O&M, and statutory requirements

• Drive

  design optimization, risk mitigation, and execution governance

• Coordinate with

  DISCOMs, SLDC, state authorities, and local stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

• 15–20 years

  of experience in

  solar project execution

  (IPP / EPC / OEM)
• Proven delivery of

  500 MW+ solar portfolio

  , including

  100 MW+ single project

• Strong command over

  EPC contracts, LDs, performance guarantees, and construction risk

• Experience leading

  large, multi-disciplinary project teams

• Engineering background (

  B.E./B.Tech

  ); MBA is a plus
