Job Description

Responsible for the overall management and operations of the restaurant/resort, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Lead and motivate all departmental heads to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high operational standards.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and profitability of the business.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and implementing service improvements.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to build an efficient and customer-focused team.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely procurement of quality supplies.
Prepare and present operational reports to the management/owners with actionable insights.
Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and ambiance to reflect the brand image consistently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
