General Manager

As the General Manager of Trinity International’s Bengaluru branch, you will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, team management, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Bengaluru branch.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, sales, and growth targets.
• Supervise and mentor branch staff, ensuring performance excellence.
• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and monitor branch budgets, reports, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.
• Represent the branch in meetings, partnerships, and industry networks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven managerial experience (preferably in travel, tourism, or overseas education).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle pressure.
• Track record of achieving business growth and profitability.
