We are inviting applications for the position of General Manager to head the operation of our preamium business class hotel in calicut.

Position: General Manager

Experience: 10+ years in hotel management with minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role (AGM / GM).

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management or MBA in Hospitality / Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring excellence in guest experience.

Lead and motivate teams across all departments.

Manage budgets, P&L, and revenue strategies effectively.

Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow business.

Maintain brand standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

✅ Proven track record in managing 3 or 4-star business hotels.

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills.

✅ Hands-on experience in revenue management and operations.

✅ Excellent guest service orientation and local market knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
