Company Description The Roots India is a multi-disciplinary creative lab dedicated to exploring and integrating various art forms to nurture artist creativity and make art accessible. We envision a sustainable ecosystem for artists, initiated on the principles of Explore, Experience, Experiment, Express, and Empower. As India's leading training and engagement studio, we use multiple disciplines of creative arts for holistic development across various sectors. Our modules are designed for students, employees, children with special needs, and actors, with insights from educators, counsellors, psychologists, HR professionals, and theatre practitioners. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in New Delhi. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective execution of creative programs. The role involves coordinating with educators, counsellors, and other professionals to develop and deliver training modules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The General Manager will also be tasked with fostering an innovative and collaborative environment to drive creative excellence. Qualifications Leadership, Management, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in Operations Management and Team Coordination Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Understanding of Creative Arts and Educational Methodologies Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Ability to work in an on-site role in New Delhi Experience in the creative arts industry is a plus
