Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager Marketing & Sales to lead all sales, marketing, branding, and customer relationship initiatives for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The GM will directly report to the MD and be responsible for end-to-end sales management, revenue growth, marketing strategy, brand positioning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have 1020 years of experience in Real Estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record of delivering strong sales performance, launching large-scale projects, and building brand visibility in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales strategy and ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets.

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, branding, digital, and offline strategies.

- Plan and execute pre-launch and launch campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

- Build long-term customer relationships and oversee CRM implementation.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking.

- Manage channel partners, brokers, and institutional investor relationships.

- Lead and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams.

- Oversee digital marketing, lead generation, website campaigns, and social media.

- Organize roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate tie-ups.

- Manage marketing and sales budgets, optimize costs, and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

- Collaborate with design, construction, finance, and legal teams for execution.

- Present sales performance reports and dashboards to MD and Board.

Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales/Real Estate Management (Preferred)

- 10-20 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing leadership.

- Proven track record in project launches, revenue achievement, and team building.

- Strong understanding of Bangalores residential and commercial markets.

- Skills in negotiation, leadership, and brand-building.

- Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics.

- Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus.
