Were looking for an experienced General Manager Sales & Operations with strong operational expertise, proven client-handling skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team. This is a senior role that shapes exceptional proposals, ensures flawless delivery, and upholds the high standards Greaves is known for.

What youll do

• Lead and mentor a small team handling proposals and trip operations
• Create beautifully crafted, high-quality travel proposals that reflect our refined style
• Translate complex client briefs into seamless, well-planned itineraries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, guides, transport partners, and experience providers
• Oversee all trip operations, ensuring accuracy, timely confirmations, and smooth execution
• Monitor costs and margins while maintaining the highest quality of service
• Collaborate closely with the inside sales team to ensure consistency and excellence
• Handle challenges with calm professionalism, always putting the guest experience first

What were looking for

• 10–15 years of experience in luxury travel operations or bespoke travel design
• Proven leadership skills—able to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
• Strong client servicing and vendor management experience
• Excellent English writing skills for polished proposals and clear communication
• Deep knowledge of luxury hotels, experiences, and suppliers across the subcontinent
• An eye for detail, logistics, and quality, with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable with CRM systems and itinerary-building tools
