General Manager Sales Marketing

You will be joining a well-established Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Western UP and Uttrakhand as a General Manager Sales and Marketing based in Bareilly. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the dealership, oversee budgets, formulate and execute sales strategies, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional leadership qualities, a strong background in sales, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in the automotive sales or management sector. Your skill set should include outstanding leadership, communication, and team management capabilities. Proficiency in finance, budgeting, and sales performance analysis is essential. A comprehensive understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is required. A successful track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets and building high-performing teams is crucial for this role. While not mandatory, experience with Commercial vehicles would be advantageous for this position.
