Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales Marketing located in Hyderabad. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service functions, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and driving business growth through effective management and customer engagement.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage Marketing employees
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the agricultural industry at least 5 years
