Job Description

As a General Manager Revenue for the Food & Beverage vertical in Nilgiris and Bengaluru, your role will involve leading and driving growth in a dynamic and strategic manner. You will need to be a results-oriented professional with expertise in restaurant operations, P&L management, revenue optimization, and business expansion. This leadership position is suited for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is prepared to elevate a growing brand to new heights. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and growth for all F&B outlets. - Oversee various formats including restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens to ensure operational excellence and financial efficiency. - Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability for all F&B operations. - Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies in Nilgiris and Bengaluru. - Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to optimize menu engineering, pricing, and promotions for revenue growth. - Implement data-driven performance metrics to monitor sales, average spends, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. - Drive innovation in customer experience, loyalty programs, and digital engagement. - Mentor and lead the F&B management team to maintain consistent performance and service quality. - Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and statutory standards. Requirements: - Masters degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 8-12 years of experience in F&B operations and revenue management, including 3 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record in scaling F&B businesses, optimizing margins, and improving operational efficiency. - Deep understanding of restaurant economics, market trends, pricing strategy, and customer insights. - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to excel in a multi-location environment and manage cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Passion for food, innovation, and hospitality excellence.
