General Manager - Reporting and Analytics Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities: The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams like Subscriber Marketing, Content, IT/Tech, Data Science, and Product team to identify & solve key business problems. Key responsibilities for this position are listed below: Transform business processes by working across teams and functions to extract insights Manage reporting requirements collection; construct the conceptual model and design data flow processes Strong technical skills and business acumen to help turn data into actionable insights Implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting leveraging tools like Tableau / Power BI, Python, SQL etc Experience with design and implementation of ETL / Streaming processes Expert level ability to develop visualization story using advanced BI tools Qualifucations: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in business analytics / engineering or any other quant discipline with 12+ years of experience Extensive experience in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (expert) Strong technical expertise in SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Python Should have developed automated suite of reports and instrumental in driving automation and consolidation of business reports/dashboards Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
