Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement vertical strategy, ensure project profitability & healthy cash flows.
Drive business development, tendering & client acquisition in Commercial & Institutional sector.
Ensure client satisfaction through strong relationship management & issue resolution.
Oversee end-to-end project management timelines, budgets, quality & safety compliance.
Build subcontractor/vendor network, ensure timely payments & performance monitoring.
Implement process improvements, MIS/reporting systems & technology adoption.
Lead, mentor & build high-performing teams with strong focus on learning & growth.

Project Management, Financial Acumen & Contractual knowledge
