1. General Manager – Production
Location: Morinda, Punjab
Reporting To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹1 Lakh to ₹1.5 Lakh per month
Experience: Minimum 15 years in manufacturing of gears and transmission components
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee manufacturing operations for gears and transmission components
Ensure timely production while maintaining quality standards
Implement KPIs to optimize efficiency
Develop and align production plans with business goals
Lead and mentor production teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and IATF documentation
Lead audits and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Skills Required:
Strong production and manpower planning
Expertise in gears, transmissions, and IATF
Effective leadership and communication
