As a General Manager Production at our company located in Morinda, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing operations for gears and transmission components. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in gears and transmission components, you will be responsible for ensuring timely production while upholding quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency, developing and aligning production plans with the business objectives, and providing leadership and mentorship to production teams. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with health, safety, and IATF documentation, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong production and manpower planning skills, expertise in gears, transmissions, and IATF standards, as well as effective leadership and communication abilities.
