Role & responsibilities Manage and optimize production schedules and resources. Enforce rigorous QC and compliance with ISO, cGMP, and safety standards. Lead and mentor production and QC teams. Drive Lean/Six Sigma-based process improvements. Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration. Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, and Quality teams. Report on production metrics and performance Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field. 15 years in manufacturing (7+ in management/supervisory role). Strong hands-on experience with Gas Chromatograph systems and process analysers. Proven knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement practices. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
