Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Operational Excellence initiatives across six plants to achieve world-class performance standards.
• Embed a strong HSSE culture into every process, system, and leadership behavior.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable and sustainable outcomes.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization programs across plants.
• Improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to set and achieve new industry benchmarks in safety and efficiency.
• Lead large-scale people transformation and culture change initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Ensure standardization of best practices across all plants.
