Job Responsibilities : -

Overall responsible for Whole

Responsible for execution of Business plan, Effective utilization plant machinery, monitoring cost of operations against Budget, new Business development, implementation quality systems & processes, Project execution and Heading technical

Project and Plant Head

Overall operations including Production, Quality, Scheduling and Logistics, Maintenance and co-ordination with all other functions HR, Procurement, Industrial Engg, Projects etc.

Ensure a learning culture where the hidden potential shall be brought forward and creativity

Served as an overall In-charge of all production lines as well as quality

P/L responsibility for the business unit

Performance Management System Setting of KRAs for all subordinates and half yearly assessment of individuals through Appraisal system (Performance and Potential)

Business Risk Analysis assessment and mitigation

CAPEX – identification of projects for improvement and expansion activities

Training of subordinates – identification of training needs of individuals and impart training sessions through respective specialized experts, training effectiveness and training compliance

Liasioning with Govt authorities

Customer compliant management system and enhance customer satisfaction

Reduction in rejections through improvement in process

Cost controlling projects and its periodical review

CSR and AA activities

Responsible to align organization target to Segment targets.Complete responsibility of Segment i.e. Sales ,Production Quality, Cost, Delivery, 5S, Maintenance and ensuring sustainability all time.

Responsible for achieving production targets and productivity improvements.

Responsible for cost and process optimization.

Responsible for budget planning for segment.

Responsible for moulding the segment as per the business requirements.

Responsible for leading various projects related to segment.

Responsible to lead and motivate team and ensure talent/ skills development of team members , act as a mentor.

Drive improvement through 5s, KAIZEN,

Responsible for executing various processes & system effectively to Comply with various certification requirements. (TS 16949 , Fit For Quality(FFQ) , OHSAS ).

Represent production segment in various review meeting at LE level as well as regional levels.

Ensured the streamlining of production SOP made & circulated the same

Involved in the production planning & scheduling to achieve production maximization

Maintained a close coordination with the Maintenance & Stores for smooth running of lines

Prepared the MIS reports which involved yields, productivity, delay analysis and tools consumption

Attended the “Green Belt Lean Sigma” Certification Course and implemented the HRNCTL line for productivity and received first prize for the same

Ensured the resolution of the critical maintenance problems from time to time

Conducted deliver training program down the line to develop second generation

Pivotal in the preparation of the documentation for IMS (ISO/TS 16949; ISO 14001 & ISO 18001) Certification

Concluded various internal as well as external audit & provided recommendation for IMS (Integrated Management System)
