At My Dear Tiger™ / Tiger Seven – Nalla’s Ark Jungle Home, Ranthambhore, we are creating more than a boutique stay. This is India’s first wildlife storytelling & experience centre, where safaris meet archives, films, podcasts, and conservation.We are looking for a General Manager who can: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the homestay. • Handle marketing, sales, and booking management, especially with travel agents and online platforms. • Manage a small, dedicated team with professionalism and warmth. • Bring prior experience in hospitality / eco-tourism / boutique resorts. • Build and implement sustainable practices in hospitality and dining — from sourcing local produce to minimizing waste and reducing ecological footprint. • Be part of an affordable yet aesthetic, sustainable, and experience-driven restaurant & homestay, designed to offer guests a unique dining and storytelling journey. • Embrace the opportunity to live in Ranthambhore - stay will be provided.This is a unique role for someone who understands both safari-based tourism and experience-driven hospitality, and who wants to shape a new model of conservation-driven and sustainable tourism in Ranthambhore.
