Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team at Radha Ki Rasoi. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Track orders, delivery status, and support RTO/returns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with polite and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
  • Previous customer support experience preferred (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
