Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Noida. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties include strategic planning, budget management, and fostering continuous improvement in processes and products. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and budget management
• Familiarity with precision machining and manufacturing processes
• Quality assurance and continuous improvement experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is a plus
