Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

Reporting To: Director

Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years in business management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-business operations.

Role Summary

The General Manager will oversee the operations, growth, and profitability of all firms under the Director’s leadership. This role requires strong strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership to ensure smooth functioning and continuous business development across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities

Implement business strategies aligned with the Director’s vision.

Manage day-to-day operations of all group firms and ensure target achievement.

Oversee budgets, financial planning, and cost control.

Lead and mentor senior managers; drive a performance-driven culture.

Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance across all businesses.

Present regular performance and financial reports to the Director.

Skills & Qualifications

MBA or equivalent preferred.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent financial, operational, and people management skills.

Experience in handling multi-company or multi-location operations is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
