We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business functions across our import and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing orders, dispatches, inventory, and team coordination, especially in a fast-paced trading or wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all customer orders (online platforms and walk-in clients)
Oversee order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
Monitor payments, billing, and follow-ups with customers and vendors
Coordinate with store staff and ensure timely task execution
Assign tasks and supervise junior staff for smooth daily operations
Maintain records of sales, purchases, and returns
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
