Job Title: General Manager Location: [Thodupuzha,Muvattupuzha,Karimannoor], overseeing all 3 branch locations Reports To: Managing Director Salary : Job Desc: To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the company’s service divisions, ensuring excellence in service delivery, team performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all branches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management Oversee daily operations of all 3 branches, ensuring smooth workflow and service efficiency. Monitor productivity of service teams, mechanics, and support staff. Implement SOPs for customer service, service quality, delivery timelines, and safety. 2. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage staffs. Set clear KPIs and performance targets for each department. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide leadership support. 3. Customer Service & Satisfaction Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely handling of complaints. Design strategies for customer retention and referral programs. Personally handle high-value or sensitive customer concerns when required. 4. Sales & Revenue Growth Develop plans to increase service sales (AC work, painting, insurance claims, periodic service, etc.). Introduce upselling and cross-selling strategies. Track monthly revenue targets and branch-wise performance. 5. Cost & Inventory Control Monitor and approve purchases, workshop consumables, and inventory management. Coordinate with the accounts team for budgeting and cost analysis. 6. Compliance & Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management. Maintain documentation related to staff, service records, claims, and customer data. Desired Profile: -Experience: 8+ years in automotive service operations, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. -Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering / Business Management (preferred). -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. -Good knowledge of processes, customer needs, and local competition in industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
