Job Description

Role Overview: As the General Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support short- and long-term business goals. Your focus will be on digital growth, content strategy, and performance-driven campaigns. You will lead multi-channel initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketing automation to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. It is essential to have a deep understanding of digital analytics, content effectiveness, and campaign optimization to deliver measurable outcomes and maintain the brand's relevance and consistency across touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Lead internal and external communication across SBUs to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency in messaging. - Standardize brand expression while localizing content for digital platforms, maintaining adherence to the organization's tone, voice, and visual identity. - Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies with a focus on digital performance, content marketing, and customer engagement. - Oversee digital campaign planning, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and analytics across various channels, ensuring cohesive execution with partners and agencies. - Amplify brand visibility through data-led PR, award submissions, and digital-first event promotion. - Guarantee high-quality output by establishing new processes and driving continuous innovation. - Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks and comply with relevant standards. - Manage and develop staff, including performance management, training, and career development. - Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for succession planning. - Oversee corporate governance, promote sustainable initiatives, and adhere to environment, health, and safety policies. - Follow Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) roles and responsibilities, maintaining ethical standards and integrity in business practices. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate or Global equivalent Degree in a related field. - 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing communications, with at least 5 years leading digital campaign teams or performance marketing projects. - Prior experience in running multi-market digital campaigns, leading SEO/SEM, paid media, and content strategy is essential.,
